The Story
I don't want to tell you how to run your business. I want to help you run it better.
Early on, a business owner told me flat out: the moment I said "consultant," the answer would be no. He didn't want anyone coming in to take over. I understood completely — because that's never been my approach.
My role has always been an enabling one. I come in to make your work easier, clearer, and more sustainable. My coworkers used to say I had a rare ability to stay calm under pressure, see the big picture while holding all the details, and recognize the potential in others before they saw it themselves. That's what I bring into every engagement.
That instinct was shaped over 24 years at Jacobs — one of the world's largest engineering and construction firms — working across 15 markets, 4 global regions, and 60,000 employees. I designed systems, structured knowledge, and connected teams across some of the most complex operations in the world.
Today I bring that same experience to small businesses. Not to come in with a predetermined answer — but to listen, ask the right questions, and build something that holds long after I'm gone. I'm also deeply invested in what AI-enabled operations can do for small businesses — not as a replacement for good process, but as a way to make good process work even harder.
